Becca’s Low Calorie Berry Smoothie Recipe

Summer is here and everyone is craving creamy, delicious but absolutely fattening ice-cream. Going to get your favorite 450-600 calorie cup of gelato once a week is a great way to start exercising control on your portions!

But what happens when it’s hot outside and you desperately need something refreshing and sweet to cool down.

Every. Single. Day?

One Word. Smoothie 

200g frozen fruits (we used strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
150g light vanilla yogurt
80g fat-free Greek (0%) yogurt

Blend the frozen fruits with the light vanilla yogurt until it reaches a thick consistency.
Top off with the fat-free Greek (0%) Yogurt and a few frozen blueberries 

Now that was easy right? Enjoy.
