WE PREACH…

We preach flexible dieting; there is no room for nutrition myths in our world. Healthy eating is our baseline, but we are self-proclaimed travel foodies, and we need our fix too. Our view of fitness and training is that any movement is better than no movement.

Strength training is a must, but this is never limited only to the weight room, also we never sacrifice mobility and stability for strength. This is something we have learnt through coaching thousands of personal training clients face to face as well as on our online fitness programs. This is our vision. This is Camp Fitness.
