Chinese Fried Noodles for Weight Loss!

Say hello to these deliciously scrumptious Chinese Style Chicken Stir Fry Noodles.

If you care about your waist and you want to keep your belly flat at all costs; one of the first kinds of food you’ll learn to avoid is Chinese Buffet style noodles.
We made this one diet friendly so that you can enjoy your protein packed noodle bowl every single day. Guilt free!

The recipe below is for two servings; for all the ladies on our programs one serving should do the trick for your dinner 😍

Chopped zucchini strips will add tons of virtually calorie-free volume to your meal.

Recipe (serves 2):

Ingredients:
150g colored bell peppers
200g zucchini
100g onions
50g baby spinach
84g wholewheat or egg noodles
150g pre-cooked chicken breast
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
chili flakes or fresh chillies
1 Calorie Fry Light Cooking Spray.

Method:
Bring water to a boil.
Simmer the noodles for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
Stir fry the vegetables to your liking; starting with the onions and ending with the baby spinach.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan, and add soy sauce.
Plate the noodles, top with chicken and chilies to your liking.
Enjoy.

If you can’t handle dieting for long and have more then 10 kilos of fat to lose, we suggest that you hop on either of the Fast Fat Loss (Men) or Fast Fat Loss (Women) programs. We designed these a bit tougher on the weight loss when compared to our other programs, and everyone’s loving the results. Be warned; weight loss on these programs can be quite aggressive. But that’s a good thing, right?
